Select a doctor in your state to review and approve your lab test request. Doctors typically review requests within 24 hours and will call you with any questions.
If approved you will receive a lab slip to take the local lab for testing. Print this lab slip and take it with you to the lab location you selected.
We typcially receive your results within a few days. Once received we will post your results to your account.
You can choose to discuss abnormal results with the doctor. They may prescribe medication if appropriate, or refer you to a specialist.

Fill out a medical history questionnaire detailing your medical conditions, symptoms, and other questions the doctor requires.
Discuss your symptoms, condition, and requested treatment options with your doctor. Your doctor may approve your request, deny your request, or prescribe another medication.
Any medication precribed will be sent your requested pharmacy. Your doctor may also prescribe lab testing. Any lab testing prescribed will be sent to your request lab location.
Your doctor may recommend a follow-up consult after your initial consult or after lab testing is completed.

How does Treatable work?
Treatable gives you direct access to a network of private practice clinics and their services. Each clinic posts their services, prices, and availability on the Treatable platform. You may choose from medical services offered by doctors licensed in your state. Browse medical service offers to find a price and time that works best for you. Treatable provides the technology to conduct telemedicine consults, coordinate lab testing, and send prescriptions.
Are doctors on Treatable licensed?
Yes, all doctors featured on Treatable are fully licensed and insured in the states they practice. Background checks and ID verification are conducted before a doctor is onboarded to the Treatable platform.
How will Treatable orders show up on my credit card statement?
Most orders will show up as two separate lines on your credit card statement. One line for Treatable which covers costs such as lab tests and medications. Another line for the clinic's consult.
How long does it take to receive lab test results?
Typically 1-3 business days after you go to the lab location for testing. Some lab tests may take a day or so longer to process.
How do I view my lab results?
All your lab test results are posted to your account
Does Treatable offer at-home lab testing?
No, not at this time.
Do you accept insurance?
No, Treatable does not accept insurance.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders are non-refundable after the doctor has completed your consult. Prior to a doctor completing your consult orders are 100% refundable.
Can a doctor deny my lab or medication request?
Yes, every doctor on the Treatable platform has total discretion to recommend and prescibe what they think is appropriate after conducting a consult with a patient. A doctor may deny any or all of your requests or add prescribed items to your order. This creates a change order. Usually a doctor will communicate these changes to you in private messaging or during your consult. We will ask for your permission before we charge you for a doctor-initiated change order. If you do not agree with the doctor's changes you may opt to cancel the items the doctor ordered. Please note, the doctor's consult is non-refundable even if you disagree with their recommendations.
What are my payment options?

How can I check the status of my order?
Your order status can be viewed in your account and is updated in realtime so you know exactly what is happening.
